Public Participation at Board Meetings
The public may address the Board one time per meeting for up to five minutes. Any person or group wishing to place an item on the agenda shall register their intent with the Superintendent no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the meeting and include:
Name and address of the participant
Group affiliation, if appropriate
Topic to be addressed (Please click on the link below and complete the Request to Speak Form. One file is a PDF you may print and return. The other is Word file which you may complete and return via email to firstname.lastname@example.org) Such requests shall be subject to the approval of the Superintendent and the Board President. The Board shall provide for public participation at every regular meeting of the Board. Regular meetings are scheduled annually at the Board’s January organizational meeting.
