Positive Behavior Support The Lima City School District has many programs and interventions in place to promote outstanding student behavior.Under the umbrella of Positive Behavior Support, three of the programs the district uses are the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program, Discipline that Restores, and RIDE (Responding to Individual Differences in Education). In accordance with Ohio Revised Code, the district also has a Zero Tolerance Policy of violent, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior by its students.
