New This Year - Vaccinations for 7th grade students
To Parents of 7th grade students - This year’s 7th graders are required to have a Tdap (Tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis) vaccine no later than 14 days after the start of the school year. This is a new requirement for the 2010/2011 school year. The cost is $14 per vaccine at the Allen County Health Department, and no one is refused service due to the inability to pay. If you have any questions about these or any other vaccines, please call the Health Department at 419-228-4457 and ask to speak to a public health nurse. Thank you.
