Public Participation

The public may address the Board one time per meeting for up to five minutes. Any person or group wishing to place an item on the agenda must register their intent with the superintendent no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting.

The intent to address the board must include: name and address, group affiliation (if appropriate), and the topic to be addressed.

Requests are subject to the approval of the superintendent and the board president. The Board shall provide for public participation at every regular meeting of the board. Regular meetings are scheduled annually at the board’s January organizational meeting.
