The Lima School Board recently welcomed a student representative to join the board, a first for the Lima City Schools.
Junior Angela Fronzaglia has been selected to sit on the board as a student representative and was sworn in at the board's organizational meeting.
Fronzaglia was selected by her peers who are part of the new Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council. The council is made up of students from every school building in the district. The group meets monthly with Superintendent Andre Rudolph.
Fronzaglia is a member of Lima Senior’s girls soccer and swim teams, as well as its Marching Band, Jazz Band, Symphonic Band, Spartanaires and Masterworks choirs.
