The Lima City Schools will hold its annual Back to School Celebration and School Supply Giveaway from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11, at Martin Luther King Park, 400 E. Eighth Street. The Lima City Schools will again offer free summer lunches both in the district’s school buildings and through the Spartan Lunch Express visiting various locations in the community. Both will begin Monday, June 1. The meals are possible through the Summer Food Program. Children and teens between the ages of one and 18 qualify for the summer meals.
