The Lima City Schools will hold open houses at its schools leading up to the first day of school Wednesday, Aug. 19. The open houses and schedule pickup dates are listed below.
Lima Senior High School Schedule Pickup: 8 a.m. to noon.
Tuesday, Aug. 4 - Seniors Only
Wednesday, Aug. 5 - Juniors Only
Thursday, Aug. 6 - Sophomores Only
Friday, Aug. 7 - Freshmen Only
Make-up date for all students: 9 a.m. to noon Monday, Aug. 10.
Lima Senior Alternative School Schedule Pickup: 10 to 11 a.m. or 2 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12, or Thursday, Aug. 13.
West Middle School Back to School Family Celebration: Seventh grade – 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Monday, Aug 17. Eighth Grade – 3:30 to 53:0 p.m. Tuesday, Aug 18. Meet new principal and staff, get schedules, tour building, get support with outstanding enrollment or transportation questions and more. If you have students in both grades, feel free to come either night.
North Middle School Open House and Schedule Pickup: 2 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18
Freedom Elementary School Open House: 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18
Heritage Elementary School Open House: 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18.
Independence Elementary School Open House: 1:30 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, August 18.
Unity Elementary School Open House: 3 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18.
Liberty Arts Magnet School Open House: 3 to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18.
South Science and Technology Magnet School Open House: 3:15 to 4:15 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18.
