Reverse Raffle tickets on sale, more ways to win, bigger grand prize

The Lima Senior High School Athletic Boosters will hold its annual Reverse Raffle and Live Auction Saturday, April 18, at the Veterans Memorial Civic Center.

The winner of this year’s raffle (the final ticket drawn) will get $10,000. The prize has been $5,000 in past years.

There will also be a live auction, Spartan Auction and other games of chance. All non-winning grand prize tickets will be put in a drawing for a second-chance prize.

Tickets are $100. The price includes entry and food for two people and one entry into the reverse raffle. Ticket holders do not need to be present to win.

New this years is a $20 Golden Ticket option. The Golden Tickets sold will get put into a drawing when there are four Reverse Raffle tickets left. The ticket drawn gets added to those left for the chance to win $10,000. Proceeds from the Golden Ticket sales will be split between the Athletic Boosters and Music Boosters. Those tickets can be purchased from coaches, other staff, or in the Lima Senior Athletic Office.

They are also available in the Athletic Office and from staff. Checks should be made payable to the Lima Senior Athletic Boosters.

Doors to the Reverse Raffle will open at 5:30 p.m. with dinner starting at 6 p.m. The first raffle ticket will be drawn at 6:30 p.m.
